LOTD: Multicolor Lips (Pink shades)

Hi! So I'm still feeling a little bit dramatic, then another idea strucked my brain. I always wanted to make a dramatic lips but never had the time to execute it. So here's what I came up with, multicolor lips.

Lips:
Inez Eyeliner Pencil in Black
Wardah Lip Palette (No. 7 and 2)
NYX Round Lipstick in Honey

Wearable Multicolor Lips

Lips:
Wardah Lip Palette (No.7)
NYX Round Lipstick in Honey

How I did it:
It's kinda hard so I'm gonna show you a picture. So I applied the color like this.
left: first look, right: second look

And then I closed my lips and rubbed it to each other so the colors blended in. Easy, schmeasy right? :)

FOTD: Pink Dramatic Look

I had this intention for so long to make a look with a creme liner as base. But after I tried it, it didn't work that well :/ I still like using pencil liner as base.

Here's what I came up with.

See how they don't look even? Oh, and you still can see creme liner as base there :/

Eyes:
Aubeau Eye Make Up Base
Wet n Wild Mega Eyes Creme Liner (as base and eyeliner)
88 Ultrashimmer Eyeshadow Palette (Dark Red, Hot Pink, Pink)
Nonna Eyeshadow Palette (Light Ivory)
Inez Eyebrow Pencil in Dark Brown
Falsies

Lips:
YSL Lip Twins No. 5 (lip color only)

Face:
Revlon Mineral Mousse Foundation in Light Medium
Marcks Venus Compact Powder in Natural Beige
Inez Precious Powdery Cake in Deep Peach
Nonna Eyeshadow Palette (Soft Brown)
Nonna Blush Palette (Soft Peach, Shimmery Orange)

How I did it:
Eyes:
I put some Aubeau Eye Make Up Base on my lids. I put tapes on the sides of my lids to make a clean cut. Then using concealer brush I spread Wet n Wild Mega Eyes Creme Liner in both of my lids. I applied the dark red color from 88 Ultrashimmer Eyeshadow Palette on my lids, then the hot pink on the crease, and the pink on the above of the crease, and blended the colors. I highlighted the browbone with the light ivory from Nonna Eyeshadow Palette. With the same creme liner, I drew a thick line on my lid and my lowerlashline. I put on falsies and I filled my brows with Inez Eyebrow Pencil in Dark Brown.

Lips:
I applied the lip color from YSL Lip Twins No.5 with the lip brush on my lips.

Face:
I applied Revlon Mineral Mousse Foundation on my face. Then I tapped Marcks Venus Compact Powder on face. After that I tapped lightly Inez Precious Powdery Cake on my face. Using blush brush, I take the soft brown from Nonna Eyeshadow Palette and blended it under my cheekbone to make it look defined. On top of it I put a soft peach color from Nonna Blush Palette. Then on my cheeks I put the shimmery orange from the same palette.

Another pose won't hurt XD
look scary, ain't I?

Review and Swatch: Nonna Eyeshadow Palette No. 2404-02

I dunno why people judge this brand as a harmful one. I never had any problem wearing Nonna products. Their products are not in the same quality as fake cosmetics, even though often sold together. Nonna is a cosmetic brand from Taiwan, and they have permission from BPOM, or so they claim on their official Facebook account.

I bought this palette on Facebook, I got it cheaper because I won something like a competition held by the admin of Nonna Facebook account. They're so nice. I texted them so much and ask them questions like a lot, but they ain't even mad.

nice packaging, no? looks fancy to me

And here's some swatch. Top row were swatched using fingers and the rest using brush. And all colors are swatched on Aubeau Eye Make Up Base.

Top Row
shimmery white - shimmery light peach - shimmery pink - shimmery yellow - shimmery light green - matte green

Second Row
shimmery light ivory - shimmery gold - shimmery light bronze - matte soft brown - matte dark brown

Bottom Row
shimmery silver - shimmery burgundy - shimmery bronze - shimmery brown - shimmery dark plum - shimmery black

I personally love the burgundy and dark plum. The colors are very lovely. And I use the light peach for browbone highlighting, light ivory for nose highlighting, soft brown for nose shading, and dark brown for cheek shading.

I think this is a great product. And what I like is they have this palette in other colors. Check their Facebook account for more product, and I tell you, they have some really good palettes worth to buy, and in very affordable price too!

FOTD: Copper and Plum Look with Blue Liner

Warning: This post contains many products from Inez XD

So I just bought some local products on ITC Depok, I bought Inez Satin Smooth Liquid Foundation, Inez Eyeliner Pencil in Alaska Sky, Aubeau Eye Make Up Base, Brow Razors and some Unbranded Nail Polishes.

The SA gave me the foundation in shade Ivory. I had a feeling it would be pektay, but I dunno, I just bought it. When I got home and applied it on my face, it's pektay. Not that pektay, but I hate looking pektay. Suddenly I remembered I had this corrective cream from Inez that I bought when my skintone was darker. I mixed them together and thank God I got the shade closer to my skintone.

my face skintone is lighter than my arms

Oh I also made an FOTD. Check this out, because the blue eyeliner is gorgeous.

Eyes:
Aubeau Eye Make Up Base
Nonna Eyeshadow Palette (Light Copper, Dark Plum, Peach)
Wet n Wild Mega Eyes Creme Liner in Black
Maybelline The Magnum Mascara
Inez Eyeliner Pencil in Alaska Sky
Inez Eyebrow Pencil in Dark Brown

Lips:
Wardah Lip Palette (No. 8)
NYX Round Lipstick in Honey
Maybelline Tube Lipgloss in Honey Melon (Discontinued)

Face:
Inez Satin Smooth Foundation in Ivory mixed with
Inez Correcting Cream in Medium
Inez Precious Powdery Cake in Deep Peach
Inez Blusher in Autumn Rose
Nonna Eyeshadow Palette (dark brown, ivory)
Marcks Beauty Powder in Creme

How I did it:

Eyes:
I put some Aubeau Eye Make Up Base on my lid, and waited for a moment to let it dry. After that I put the light copper color from the Nonna Eyeshadow Palette on both of my eyelids. Then on the crease I blended in the dark plum color from the same palette. On my browbone I put the peach color from the same palette. For the line, I did the lowerlashline first. I drew the blue liner using Inez Eyeliner Pencil in Alaska Sky on my waterline and lower lashline from the inner corner until the outer corner and pulled it upwards. On the upper lid I drew the black line using Wet n Wild Mega Eyes Creme Liner in Black and pulled it outwards so it met the blue line. I applied Maybelline The Magnum Mascara on my lashes and fill my brows with Inez Eyebrow Pencil in Dark Brown.

Lips:
I applied the color no.8 from the Wardah Lip Palette on my lips, then on top of that I applied NYX Round Lipstick in Honey. I applied some gloss from Maybelline Tube Lipgloss in Honey Melon.

Face:
After I mixed Inez Satin Smooth Foundation in Ivory and Inez Correcting Cream in Medium on the back of my hand, I put the mix on my face. Then I tapped Inez Precious Powdery Cake in Deep Peach. I applied Inez Blusher in Autumn Rose on my cheek bone until the cheek apples with the side of my blush brush. Then using the same brush I put the dark brown color from the Nonna Eyeshadow Palette. I applied the color ivory from the same palette on the bridge of my nose to highlight it.

FOTD: Cat Eyes Purple Liner

I've been wanting to buy color eyeliners since I saw this FOTD by a friend of mine, Shelley from the Female Daily Forum, click this to check out her Youtube channel. But you see, being a broke college student who is trying it out again for another college entrance test doesn't really give me the chance to save up and buy even the cheapest color eyeliners. I've been targeting ELF Shimmer Eyeliner Pencil, they're affordable and have some beautiful colors. But for now I can't even buy them :'(

So, another friend from the Forum, I dunno what's her name, I've been calling her her ID, which is Pinkyrose. She read somewhere that you can mix contact lenses solution with eyeshadow on your liner brush, and voila, you have color eyeliners! This info is very helpful because it helps the penniless me to experiment. And the result is magical.

Here's what I came up with.

excuse my messy eyebrows

Eyes:
Nonna Eyeshadow Palette (ivory, light brown, peach, white)
88 Ultrashimmer Eyeshadow Palette (dark blueish purple, light purple)
My Darling Liquid Eyeliner
Maybelline The Magnum Mascara
Inez Eyeliner Pencil in White
Inez Eyebrow Pencil in Dark Brown

Lips:
Maybeline Watershine Pure in P12

Face:
Inez Precious Powdery Cake in Deep Peach
Nonna Blush Palette (orange, peachy pink)
Nonna Eyeshadow Palette (ivory)

How I did it:

Eyes: I didn't put any base for this look. So I drew a white line with Inez Eyeliner Pencil in Whitefrom the outer corner of my eyes outwards. I did this to make a limitation so when I drew the cat eyes liner it would be more precise. First I put the ivory color from the Nonna Eyeshadow Palette on my lids. Then using blending brush, I put the light brown color from the same palette on my crease and blended it in. After that I put the peach color on my browbone as highlight. Then I drew the cat eyes liner with My Darling Eyeliner Liquid. Now, the fun part. I dipped my small round liner brush into the contact lenses solution. Then after drying it a little bit, I put it in light purple eyeshadow from the 88 Ultrashimmer Palette. After that I drew another line using that color on the top of the black cat eyes line on my eyes. I cleaned the same brush, and did the same thing with the dark blueish purple from the same palette. I drew the line on my waterline and lowerlash line, and on the outer corner, I pulled the line a bit downwards so the white line I drew earlier would be in between the black liner and the dark blueish purple liner. I put white eyeshadow from the Nonna Palette on the top of the white liner. I put Maybelline The Magnum Mascara on my lashes and drew my eyebrow with Inez Eyebrow Pencil in Dark Brown, and I was done with my eyes.

Lips:
I just put on the Maybelline Watershine Pure in P12 on my lips.

Face:
I tapped some Inez Precious Powdery Cake in Deep Peach on my whole face. I applied the orange blush from Nonna Blush Palette on the apple of my cheeks then on my cheek bone I applied the peachy pink from the same palette.

FOTD: Coral Lips + Review: Revlon Colourstay Mineral Mousse Foundation

Something in my head told me to do an FOTD but somehow I was just not in the mood. When your head and your heart are not synchronized, whatever you do will end up messy. Just like this FOTD.

See my expression? I'm ready to eat a lion. LOL. But seriously, I messed the make up. The eyeliners are not even on both eyes. The eyeshadow is not blended. The only good thing is the foundation. I just got Revlon Colourstay Mineral Mousse Foundation, my shade is 050. And it actually matches my skintone perfectly.

Eyes:
Aubeau Eyeshadow Cream
Nonna Eyeshadow Palette (Light brown)
Revlon Satin Eyeshadow in Polished Brown
My Darling Eyeliner in Black
Maybelline The Magnum Mascara
Inez Eyeliner Pencil in White
Inez Eyebrow Pencil in Dark Brown

Lips:
Wardah Lip Palette (No. 4) mixed with NYX Round Lipstick in Honey

Face:
Revlon Colourstay Mineral Mousse Foundation in Light Medium
Inez Precious Powdery Cake in Deep Peach
Revlon Satin Eyeshadow in Polished Brown (for shading)
Nonna Blush Palette

The lips are actually not that soft looking, it's actually more tacky and gonjreng. I wanted a coral pink but I only got coral red so I mixed in with NYX Honey.

Because it's an easy and failed look, I won't write the How to.

Here's the review. The texture of this foundation is mousse, so it's not liquid, yet it's not creamy. So far no breakouts. I have pros and cons about this foundation.

Pros:
The mousse texture makes it more blendable
Great oil control
Perfect match with my skintone
Good looking package

Cons:
Sheer coverage
Have a funny smell
Kinda pricey (135 IDR for 30 mL.)

p.s. I really have tight budget because I'm a college student and still have no job and still relying on allowance XD

I find this foundation a perfect match with my Inez Precious Powdery Cake. I put the mineral mousse first then the powdery cake and the result is amazing. The coverage is so great, but it doesn't feel like I'm wearing heavy make up. The powdery cake alone has good coverage but still it can't cover my pimple scar on my face, and the mineral mousse alone doesn't make any difference. And the oil control is amazing too! I wore this one day and my t-zone was not as oily as usual. I have to admit I was kinda disappointed with this product, but now I love it so much! It's just how you combine it with. The correct combination will result perfect finish.

Repurchase? Um, I dunno. I'm not that experienced with foundation. I still have to try another brand until I find my holy grail. But I may repurchase :)
